The Lakes Church is seeking to appoint a Ministry Centre Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (15.2 hours per week) with flexible working arrangements.

The Ministry Centre Manager is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the church’s facilities and ministry centre. This role ensures that church buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for worship services, ministry programs, community activities, and special events.

Working closely with ministry leaders and volunteers, the Ministry Centre Manager serves as a key support partner across church ministries. The role fosters positive relationships, facilitates collaboration, and contributes to an environment of service, hospitality, and excellence that reflects the church’s vision and values.
