Lakes Youth Extreme is a great place for upper primary children to make friends and have fun while learning about Jesus. Each week we kick things off with a short game, followed by a Bible talk, before moving on to a broader all-in activity. Attendance is free.
5.30pm Extreme | 6.30pm dinner ($3) | Current term programs will appear here when available.
At Lakes Youth we aim to build up and encourage young people in their relationship with God and each other. We hang out, have fun and see what God’s Word says and the impact this has on our daily lives. We also have an annual Youth Camp where we get away from the hustle and bustle, grow in our friendships and dig deeper into the Word of God together. Attendance is free.
5.30pm youth Growth Groups | 6.30pm dinner ($3) | 7pm youth group | Current term programs will appear here when available.

During lockdown we’re meeting via Zoom. We’d love your kids to join us for friendships, fun and a look at God’s promises in the Book of Genesis. Please contact our Extreme team for more details.

If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Teens from years 7-9 meet on Sunday mornings during the services. We typically start with a fun game or activity before moving to a time of bible study and prayer. This is a great opportunity for teens to deepen their relationship with God and each another.
Please note: this group does not run during the school holidays.

At our evening service we sing contemporary and up-beat songs, pray together and hear the same Bible teaching as the morning services. Many young adults, teenagers, uni-students and shift-workers come along to this service, as well as people of all ages who just prefer to be part of church in the evening. Everyone is welcome!
Rather than leave straight after the service, we like to hang around and chat over supper. This is a great opportunity to catch up and get to know each other better. Barista coffees and other drinks are also available for purchase in our cafe.
Please note: there is no Creche or Kids/Teen Church during Church@5

Lakes Youth also runs Growth Groups for high schoolers. This is an opportunity to dive deeper into God’s word in a small group context which is conducive to great discussion and fellowship.
Please note: these groups do not run in the school holidays.
For interested parents, there are men’s and women’s Growth Groups meeting on Friday nights to coincide with our Youth groups. Drop your children off and connect with other parents for Bible study and prayer.
