26th June 2021 restrictions update

, ,

Due to the NSW Government lockdown that was announced this afternoon, we won’t be gathering at the Ministry Centre tomorrow. Church will be via livestream at 8.30am only (the recording will be available to watch any time after the service is finished). For our Chinese brothers and sisters, a Mandarin translation will be available live during the 8:30am livestream.

The funeral on Monday will still go ahead at the Ministry Centre but with limited guests. Please contact the family for more information. Click here to watch the funeral via livestream.

This is a difficult time for many who are facing disappointment with cancelled school holiday plans or changes in work conditions. Let’s keep our eyes fixed on the One who holds all things in his hands and remember the hope that we have in him. Why not take a moment during the week to encourage someone with a phone call or text message, especially those you know who live on their own and could be feeling particularly isolated during lockdown.

“For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.” Romans 8:24-25
